Velogfeller AG (Ostermundigen)

Velogfeller AG is a one hundred percent family business. Stable, reliable and trustworthy for customers and partners for three generations already.

In 1967, Leo and Margrit Gfeller founded the company Gfeller Velos-Motos in the Monbijou district of Bern. Shortly after, they move to Köniz, where the two successfully build up a regular clientele.

In 1989 Urs Gfeller Junior and his wife Suzanne take over the company. In 2009, the company is officially renamed VELOGFELLER. In January 2016, VELOGFELLER opens a branch in Ostermundigen and celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2017.

In January 2018, the sole proprietorship is converted into a stock corporation and the youngest son, Daniel Gfeller, takes over the management of Velogfeller AG.

In 2022, the next milestones for the company followed. On the one hand with the entry of Adrian Gfeller, the elder brother of Daniel and on the other hand with the new location in Ostermundigen in the old Schützenhaus. The previous store in Ostermundigen was closed. In the Schützenhaus can be found thanks to the large space an enormous selection of bikes in the categories: Mountain, City and Road again. But also children as well as e-bike variations can be found here.
